People often ask me how they can become a Realtor. They really want it but they do not have the luxury of time to take the exams.

Well, time is quite expensive especially if you are already working some job, already taking some other career course or you have a family. My answer has always been, until you have the time to write the exams, you can be a “Deal Sourcer”.
